About our Customer Care Service

WasteServ believes that customer care is vital to any organisation in its mission to keep its various customers well informed and satisfied. The company, in fact, aims more than ever to deal with every enquiry in a helpful and efficient manner while simultaneously promoting the importance of waste management and separation.

Due to increased demand by the general public, particularly in terms of enquiries made through the Freephone service, our Customer Care centre is now open from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm. The centre, which is run by our trained personnel, is also open on Public Holidays between 8am and 4pm.
